Playing in the Park

On a hot Sunday in Paris everyone migrates to one of the beautiful parks. In my favourite, Jardin de Luxembourg, everyone has their favourite past time. Sitting with friends, sharing stories and taking in the warmth of the sun.

Playing chess or cards is a serious business for the locals.

Or for the slightly more active a competitive game of petanque.

For me, just a nice stroll in the shade under the trees.
